OUR DEVICE ALREADY AVAILABLE ON THE MARKET

The ORTHOPUS Supporter

The ORTHOPUS Supporter is an innovative robotic arm support. It facilitates vertical movements by reducing the arm’s weight. Designed for people with limited strength, it eliminates the physical effort required to lift the arm and perform daily activities such as eating, lifting objects, making phone calls, and more.

The ORTHOPUS Partner

The ORTHOPUS Partner assists your arm in moving upward, backward, and forward. It helps you grasp objects above, move items in front of you, and supports the weight of your arm.

  • 3 motors
  • Mountable on electric wheelchairs
  • Customizable
  • 4 arm brace sizes (S, M, L, XL)
  • Made in France 🇨🇵

The ORTHOPUS Explorer

The ORTHOPUS Explorer is a robotic arm that performs all arm and hand gestures thanks to six motors and a gripper. With it, you can reach, grab, and manipulate objects.

  • 6 motors
  • Mountable on electric wheelchairs
  • Customizable
  • Six-axis movement
  • Made in France 🇨🇵

CO-CONCEPTION

To develop our robotic solutions, we work in collaboration with users and healthcare professionals: occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and physical medicine and rehabilitation doctors.

We follow a series of iterative phases, starting with alpha tests involving a small group of users, progressing to beta tests with a larger user base, and concluding with usage tests conducted in collaboration with healthcare institutions and handitech organizations.

In recent years, we have collaborated with ESEAN APF France Handicap, a healthcare facility for children and adolescents, CoWork’HIT from the health and innovation center of Kerpape, TechLab of APF France Handicap, and Raymond Poincaré Hospital in France.

ORTHOPUS project is supported by AFM Téléthon, a French national organization dedicated to addressing neuromuscular diseases.
