The name ORTHOPUS is a play on words between "ORTHO" for prosthetist/orthotist (since we originally made prosthetics) and "OCTOPUS". The octopus represents arms (tentacles) and symbolizes movement.

Yes! Our distributors are usually present at the major trade shows in their respective countries. As for us, we attend REHACARE every year!

No, because our robots need to be individually installed and adjusted for each user. We don't have a large enough team to travel everywhere, which is why we work with trusted distributors in each country!

We carry out tests to ensure that our robots' power consumption is low enough not to affect your wheelchair's battery's normal performance.
