Pour les aider, des solutions d\u2019assistances robotiques existent d\u00e9j\u00e0 mais sont ch\u00e8res et mal adapt\u00e9es aux besoins de chacun.\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Pour permettre \u00e0 ces personnes de gagner en autonomie, ORTHOPUS se lance dans la conception de solutions robotiques, adaptables et modulaires.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1bebd5fc elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1bebd5fc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Des aides difficiles d\u2019acc\u00e8s<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1affb00c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1affb00c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.afm-telethon.fr\/maladies-neuromusculaires-6676\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">maladies neuromusculaires<\/a>\u00a0touchent plus de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ffn-neurologie.fr\/grand-public\/maladies\/maladies-neuromusculaires\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">30 000<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ffn-neurologie.fr\/grand-public\/maladies\/maladies-neuromusculaires\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00a0personnes en France<\/a>\u00a0et\u00a0<strong>environ 225 000 personnes en Europe<\/strong>. Ces maladies, souvent\u00a0<strong>\u00e9volutives<\/strong>, entra\u00eenent une faiblesse musculaire, voire la perte ou la d\u00e9gradation de la mobilit\u00e9 de certains membres.<\/p><p>Pour compenser cette limitation de la mobilit\u00e9, il existe\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.afm-telethon.fr\/aides-techniques-compensation-membre-superieur-101326\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">plusieurs types d\u2019aides de compensation<\/a>\u00a0pour le membre sup\u00e9rieur :<\/p><ul><li><p>Des\u00a0<strong>supports de bras<\/strong>\u00a0qui permettent de soulager le poids du bras, des \u00e9paules et du dos<\/p><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><p>Des\u00a0<strong>bras de pr\u00e9hension robotiques<\/strong>\u00a0command\u00e9s par l\u2019utilisateur, qui r\u00e9alisent les mouvements \u00e0 sa place<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Le march\u00e9 mondial des aides robotiques pour la compensation du membre sup\u00e9rieur est couvert par peu d\u2019acteurs. Les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s qui les proposent ne sont r\u00e9solument pas engag\u00e9es dans l\u2019innovation sociale et solidaire. Aussi, les prix pratiqu\u00e9s sont-ils excessifs, et les solutions, mal rembours\u00e9es par nos\u00a0 syst\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9. Ainsi, le bras robotique d\u2019assistance le plus appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 par les utilisateurs co\u00fbte pr\u00e8s de 55 000 euros, ce qui ne lui permet pas d\u2019\u00eatre accessible \u00e0 tous.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dc11767 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"dc11767\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">L\u2019origine de notre projet<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8231ac9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8231ac9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La\u00a0<strong>robotique fait partie de l\u2019ADN d\u2019ORTHOPUS<\/strong>\u00a0car son fondateur, David Gouaillier et une partie de l\u2019\u00e9quipe R&amp;D, ont pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment travaill\u00e9 sur le\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.softbankrobotics.com\/us\/nao\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">robot humano\u00efde\u00a0<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.softbankrobotics.com\/us\/nao\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">NAO<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p><p>En 2019, la rencontre entre David Gouaillier et Pierre Freyssinet permet de lancer un nouveau projet. Pierre Freyssinet est alors un investisseur \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019une entreprise de l\u2019\u00c9conomie Sociale et Solidaire. Il entre donc au capital d\u2019ORTHOPUS avec le souhait de proposer \u00e0 son neveu Th\u00e9ophile, un bras d\u2019assistance robotique.\u00a0Conscients des probl\u00e8mes d\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 des produits existants, Pierre et une \u00e9quipe de makers b\u00e9n\u00e9voles travaillaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 sur un projet de bras robotique en Open Source !<\/p><p>En s\u2019appuyant sur l\u2019existant, ORTHOPUS prend le projet en main pour continuer le d\u00e9veloppement de ce bras robotique afin de concevoir\u00a0<strong>une solution m\u00e9dicale certifi\u00e9e<\/strong>\u00a0avec la volont\u00e9 de\u00a0<strong>d\u00e9mocratiser son acc\u00e8s<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-deacf2d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"deacf2d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Le prototype : des tests aux conclusions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-feb2e91 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"feb2e91\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le projet a donc d\u00e9but\u00e9 par la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un prototype de bras de pr\u00e9hension robotique bas\u00e9 sur le\u00a0<strong>bras robotique Open Source<\/strong>\u00a0:<a href=\"https:\/\/niryo.com\/niryo-one\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00a0Niryo One.<\/a><\/p><p>Apr\u00e8s plusieurs mois de travail en coop\u00e9ration avec Nicolas Pousset, testeur-utilisateur et technophile, celui-ci est aujourd\u2019hui en possession d\u2019un prototype r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par ORTHOPUS. Ce prototype se contr\u00f4le\u00a0<strong>avec un smartphone \u00e0 l\u2019aide du joystick int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au fauteuil<\/strong>\u00a0afin de r\u00e9aliser des gestes de la vie quotidienne.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-61e9ec8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"61e9ec8\" class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A la suite de ces premiers essais, nous avons constat\u00e9 que le bras Nyrio n\u2019\u00e9tait pas adapt\u00e9 en termes de puissance, de dimension et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour l\u2019utilisateur et qu\u2019il fallait poursuivre la R&amp;D.<br \/>De ce constat est n\u00e9 notre projet ARMMS.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9f157c8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9f157c8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Le projet ARMMS<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d901f3f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la\u00a0<strong>probl\u00e9matique d\u2019accessibilit\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0et de\u00a0<strong>personnalisation propre \u00e0 chaque besoin<\/strong>, ORTHOPUS met au point une nouvelle solution :\u00a0<strong>ARMMS<\/strong>\u00a0 (pour<strong>\u00a0A<\/strong>rchitecture\u00a0<strong>R<\/strong>obotique<strong>\u00a0M<\/strong>odulaire pour la compensation du\u00a0<strong>M<\/strong>embre<strong>\u00a0S<\/strong>up\u00e9rieur).<br \/>Le caract\u00e8re innovant de notre solution repose sur la conception d\u2019une\u00a0<strong>architecture modulaire<\/strong>\u00a0qui repose sur plusieurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments Open Source, adaptables, compatibles entre eux et avec les interfaces du march\u00e9 permettant, ainsi, de faciliter la
