Comment la fabrication num\u00e9rique fait \u00e9voluer la profession ? Pr\u00e9sentation de ce m\u00e9tier au service de l&#8217;autonomie.<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2c784ae elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2c784ae\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les ergoth\u00e9rapeutes sont des professionnels de sant\u00e9 qui ont pour mission d<strong>\u2019apporter de l\u2019autonomie dans le quotidien des personnes en situation de handicap<\/strong>. Ils sont pr\u00e9sents tout au long du parcours patient et interviennent sur prescription d\u2019un m\u00e9decin, le plus souvent sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 en m\u00e9decine physique de r\u00e9adaptation (MPR). Les deux professionnels travaillent d\u2019ailleurs souvent main dans la main dans des centres de Soins de Suite et de R\u00e9adaptation (<a href=\"https:\/\/solidarites-sante.gouv.fr\/soins-et-maladies\/prises-en-charge-specialisees\/ssr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SSR<\/a>) ou dans des CHU. Les ergoth\u00e9rapeutes exercent \u00e9galement dans des centres m\u00e9dicaux sociaux (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.enfant-different.org\/services-et-etablissements\/les-instituts-medico-educatifs\" Elle est souvent bas\u00e9e sur des activit\u00e9s manuelles et ludiques qui visent \u00e0 r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer de la mobilit\u00e9. Il existe par exemple beaucoup d\u2019exercices de renforcement musculaire au niveau de la main pour retrouver une pr\u00e9hension suffisante \u00e0 la vie quotidienne.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-57d2bce elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"57d2bce\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><b>La r\u00e9int\u00e9gration sociale<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, dans l\u2019environnement familial, professionnel, scolaire etc. Par exemple, lever le bras en classe pour pouvoir participer, \u00e9changer avec ses camarades \u00e9tant primordial dans la sph\u00e8re sociale pour conserver l&#8217;interaction.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aaf1648 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"aaf1648\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><b>La r\u00e9adaptation <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de l&#8217;environnement physique quotidien. Dans ce cas l\u00e0, il va effectuer des mises en situation dans le quotidien de la personne et par la suite, faire des propositions d\u2019aides techniques de compensation du handicap (comme un fauteuil roulant, un support de bras etc.), d\u2019am\u00e9nagement de domicile, du v\u00e9hicule, ou encore des adaptations de l\u2019outil informatique. \u201cNotre r\u00f4le est d\u2019\u00e9tablir le cahier des charges : par exemple les dimensions du fauteuil, l\u2019\u00e8re de giration, etc.
