Ils sont li\u00e9s par un contrat de travail avec un salaire qui tombe \u00e0 chaque fin de mois et les r\u00e9glementations qui vont avec (horaires d\u00e9finies, assurance maladie, etc.).<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/orthopus.com\/fr\/aidant\/dedommagement-aidant-familial-non-salarie\/dedommagement-aidant-familial-non-salarie\/\"><strong>Les aidants familiaux d\u00e9dommag\u00e9s<\/strong><\/a> s\u2019occupent de leurs proches sans les limites d\u2019heures impos\u00e9es. Loin d\u2019\u00eatre b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, ils peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9dommag\u00e9s, notamment via la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.service-public.fr\/particuliers\/vosdroits\/F14202\">Prestation de Compensation du Handicap<\/a>. Ce qu\u2019ils per\u00e7oivent peut \u00eatre d\u00e9clar\u00e9s comme des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices non-commerciaux aux imp\u00f4ts.<\/li><li><strong>Les aidants familiaux dits \u201cb\u00e9n\u00e9voles\u201d<\/strong>, accompagnent leurs proches sans \u00eatre r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s pour le temps, l\u2019\u00e9nergie et l\u2019attention qu\u2019ils leur consacrent. Beaucoup ne se reconnaissent m\u00eame pas dans ce mot d\u2019\u201daidant\u201d : pour eux, ils font simplement ce qui leur semble normal.
